    Jeffrey Jones, born on September 28, 1946, is a very tall character actor best known for his enormous forehead and for his roles as Emperor Joseph II in Amadeus and as Principal Ed Rooney in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Jones was nominated for a Golden Globe for his role in the Academy Award winning Amadeus.
